Terms of Service

By using AIOAIA (“the Service”) from Clever Frontier [COMPANY LEGAL NAME, IF DIFFERENT] (“we”), you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.

2. Plans and billing

Plans, limits and prices are shown on our pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. There is no free trial; you can try the sample demo without an account. When demand is high, new accounts wait in a queue before they can choose a plan.

Each plan includes everyday chat with fair-use limits and a weekly pool of premium credits (for top models and Combine), with a monthly cap. Premium use past your plan's limits needs a top-up or an upgrade. Each plan also has a monthly AI allowance covering all use; past it, a top-up or an upgrade is needed until the allowance resets on your next payment date. Top-ups last 12 months from purchase.

3. Answer receipts: every credit is itemized

Every time credits are deducted, we create an answer receipt for that deduction. Each receipt shows:

  1. Reason: why that AI model or combined answer was chosen;
  2. References: the sources or links used, or “no external sources”;
  3. Models: each AI model used, with its input and output tokens;
  4. Credits: the cost of that answer, which balance it came from (plan or top-up), and the balance left.

We never deduct credits without a receipt. A request that fails before any model answers is not charged. Receipts are kept for as long as your account is open, even if you delete the chat, and you can view and download your full receipt history at any time from your Usage page.

4. AI answers

Answers are generated automatically by third-party AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and xAI) and can be wrong or incomplete. Check important answers before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial or safety matters. Combine shows where the models agreed and disagreed and a confidence score; that score is an estimate, not a guarantee.

5. Acceptable use

No unlawful content, spam, attempts to get around usage limits, or use that breaks the usage policies of the AI providers we use. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Your data and memory

You own what you write and the answers you receive. You allow us to process it to provide the Service, including sending your messages and relevant remembered facts to the AI providers, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can view, edit, delete and export what AIOAIA remembers about you.

7. Availability

We aim for reliable service but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted. To protect the Service we may pause AI features, apply rate limits, or limit very long messages.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the [NUMBER] months before the claim.

9. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, and then ends. Payments, including extra-credit top-ups, are not refundable, including for unused time or credits, except where the law requires a refund.

10. Changes

We'll notify you of material changes to these terms at least [NUMBER] days ahead.

11. Law
